Welcome to the official Hardee’s® Blog, where friends of Happy Star® and Hardee’s get their fix for premium food and premium entertainment.


The first Hardee's restaurant opened in Greenville, NC in 1960. We have since grown to over 1,900 locations, known for our Made From Scratch biscuits and charbroiled 100% Black Angus Beef Thickburgers.
